Chris leads our management team, growth strategy, and corporate vision. He’s a serial entrepreneur with 35 years of experience leading startups and large database marketing divisions within public companies, including Equifax, Experian, MDC Partners, and EDS/Neodata. In 1995, Chris recognized the potential of predictive analytics and developed one of the first cooperative databases in partnership with Experian.
Chris Silvestri is our founder, chief relationship builder, and business development officer. After 15 years of success selling into enterprise-level organizations, Chris understood the inverse relationship between his time spent on research and his time spent closing deals. In 2014, he founded SaleScout to create a single source of truth for B2B data and a system that would cut the research time in half.
SVP, Operations and Technology
Steve heads up data operations and technology at SaleScout. He started his career in 1995 as a senior engineer at EDS and went on to become VP of the international division of dbINTELLECT. As one of the top experts in cooperative data management platforms, Steve was directly involved in the development and operations at DataLogix/NextAction (acquired by Oracle) and iBehavior (acquired by KBM/Wunderman). Steve has a finance degree and has consulted for a number of private equity companies with investments in data-related companies.
VP, Data Engineering
Chris Burton is our information field marshal, co-founder, and master of all things data. He is a full stack developer and software engineer with a history of developing highly scalable, cloud-based architectures.
Jean has over 20 years of experience in designing marketing and business strategies for top brands like Google, Verizon and Pepsi, as well as product manufacturers like Honeywell and HP. At SaleScout, she leads the marketing and sales enablement team. Her team also tracks data and technology trends that impact the demand generation and B2B marketing strategies of SaleScout clients.
Director, Product Development
Brett has over 15 years of experience and success in CRM, digital, and database marketing. His areas of expertise include product management, SaaS solutions development and integrations, management and growth of CRM system integrations, prospect databases, and management of database builds and business intelligence analytics. Brett works to maintain customer relationships and help direct them toward solutions that meet their specific goals.
